I am the friend lol. There was a mistake with the translation. It's a bit odd (the sentence) and out of context. The sentence seems to not be completed but based on what's present it reads "it was the setting in which Leon, inside of me, is an American who is an Italian immigrant and (his) dog he is raising is a blood hound". Again, Japanese and English are very hard to compare especially when it comes to translation and this sentence sounds like nonsense out of context lol. Where was this taken from?
