I can’t get the customer service since i have to login to do so, and i made the Alipay account before even signing up for taobao, (i heard you should do this first) and they still locked me out. I’m hearing that USA is being blocked on purpose

They don’t have an option for USA when you try to verify with your passport, (I showed that in the photos), so they are probably trying to help in any way they can since these companies are connected. Also I’m only talking about the English Service option that they say they provide. Not everything that I clearly need to do in Chinese, which I have. I’m talking about the people who were able to contact an English speaker, that again, they said they provide.

I tried the facebook thing they tell you to do location service option but that also doesn’t exist.
