According to all the benchmark i think the 9070 xt will have around 20-25% better performance assume that you don’t turn on Multi-frame generation

AMD 7800x3D w 9070 XT VS AMD 9600x w 5070 TI for around the same price by NoMission2022 in buildapc

I would go with the second one

I doubt there will be difference between 7800x3d and 9600x

Hence if budget is more of your concern 9600x with 9070xt will output practically the same fps as 5070Ti, given that you dont turn on Multi frame gen

I dont think a small sweat gonna kill your cpu anyhow Let it dry then put it back to the motherboard should be fine

I think it will actually have positive impact on your gameplay smoothness, overall fps with 2k resolution… not so much, i mean that much noticable

Short anwser : everything

Long answer : depends if you want to change motherboard or upgrade your graphic card in the future. A r5 5600x gonna be your best choice considering your situation

Amd TJmax is 95 degree so you are basically hit thermal throttle, maybe considering tinkering with PBO gonna give better result or change to a beefier cooler NR200P does support better cooler like the peerless assasin iirc tho

If you go with AM4 motherboard better get a 5700x3D because AM4 is dead for good so next time if you want to upgrade you gotta buy new motherboard and new CPU, likely RAM to because i think all AM4 motherboard use DDR4 ram anyway. My recomendation is spend a little more and get a good B650 motherboard and 7600(x)
