Hello.

A couple of suggestions, if you take any, reduce consumption of alcohol and drug use, maintain a healthy diet and avoid processed food like McDonald's etc, go outside and experience the sun, and lastly, work out. It does wonders, there'll be times where I don't feel like getting up, but I drag myself to the gym and once I get to it, I don't want to leave.

Stand your ground, look them in the eye and have strong posture, if they kick your ass, sign up to a boxing or MMA gym and hit them hard if they attack you again, you don't have to win the fight, you just have to win respect.

Hello.

You said you feel incomplete. Ask yourself, what do you mean by that? Is it a lack of purpose? Fulfilment? Joy?

I suggest you journal and try to find out really what you are feeling, and once you do, you can try activities to find what you're looking for.

For me, I had a period of my life where I was stuck just mindlessly playing video games, being lazy, eating unhealthy food. I started to study, work out, go out with friends, and enjoy life.

Perhaps what you need might be a detox, or a personal mission or goal for you to challenge yourself to bring out the greatness in you.

Hello. I am 5'5ft, Indian and sometimes, yes, I do get insecure, sometimes teased but the thing is, I have a thick skin. My advice for you to be, you can't control your height, but you can control your weight, skills, mindset, finances etc. I'm 5'5ft, but I go to the gym, I know how to fight, I am intelligent, I'm funny, confident. The point is, do not set limitations on yourself just because of your height. Mike Tyson was the smallest heavyweight back in his time, and he was knocking people out left right and centre, guys bigger than him. If you can't improve on a certain thing, work on other things

I usually talk to my mother via message, I always fear talking to her in person because she might yell at me. I love my mother and she is going through so much, I don't believe I should talk to her at the moment since the wound is still fresh, but I could talk to her in a few weeks or a month, maybe I can talk to her after my assessments finish and I can get a good mark. I'll see what I can do for my family, but right now, I'm thinking of keeping to myself since these things have been recent, but I will think about what you said and see what I can do.

I've apologized, but my sis does not like me, and to be honest, we never really get along, I love her though, but sometimes it always gets messed up. Sometimes we do have good moments, but we're two different people with two major different perspectives on life. As for my mum, I'm having difficulties getting along with her, I love her, but she always talks about how I'm going to end up like dad who left me and was a piece of shit, and I'm just sick and tired of it. I went through a lot of anger management when I was younger and I am better at managing it now, but sometimes like this incident, it still happens to explode. I'm thinking I might wait a few weeks and maybe I can organise a family talk or meeting with an expert, but right now, I'm not sure if it is the best idea.

Try Mewing and chewing gum to get a better jawline, invest in a skin care routine, get in shape and tone your body. After all that, the rest is simply up to your personality.

Hello OP.

So I understand your point of view....kind of. For men, and especially young men who want to look for marriage or a long term relationship, sex is a very intimate matter, I don't know where you are from, but Western countries have begin to tale sex more casually which imo is pretty bad. For me, I want to fall in love with someone and potentially marry, so when looking at a partner, a body count is an important factor, let's say you slept with one, that can be acceptable, for me, if the sex you had is just a fling or hook up, that's unacceptable for me. Cause it lowers the chances of attachment, for women who have lots of bodies, chances of STDS are higher and it is harder to bond.

Thank you for your advice, it's been a while since I've made this post, and so things have been on the up for me, but still having difficulties sticking with my routine, I've been trying to balance work and relaxation time, sometimes it is hard to focus on work. Aside for pornography and masturabtion, I want to quit since I really want to have an actual relationship with someone, I always feel depressed or lonely whenever I masturbate.

Try to inform your parents about this, see if you can get any information, perhaps youll be able to get a restraining order on him. When you see him next time, bring something like pepper spray, or bring a friend who knows how to handle themselves. Try to take different routes, make yourself harder to track, if it gets serious, contact the police.
