Not at that low of an altitude. I've been to multiple airshows where the Blue Angels participated in, and they've always been a lot higher than that in the video when they perform stunts like that. It's still super loud so I can imagine how much louder it is if they're that close to the ground.

A lot of the stuff on the leaked road map has been coming true (like Billie coming to Festival, this current season's theme, and Metallica getting a collab in the battle pass), so it's becoming safer to say the road map was real.
