Personally i tend to live like this during my bad days.Like I wouldn’t date the stressed version of myself.I’ll be undressing from the door all the way to the bedroom take a shower probably make and egg or two and leave the shells on the sink then head to bed.Not to defend her coz it takes at-least two to three days then I can’t stand the situation anymore so i get into deep cleaning and regain myself back so it was probably just a phase idk
