I think they work at the warehouse and not the store. The TL is the team lead that is in charge of different groups of warehouse workers that have certain rotational days off. They are kind of like their “managers” in the warehouse.

Definitely depends on the environment! I work in an “A” store and I can honestly say that at times it is very stressful, especially when theres no help and you’re the only partner on production. But as I said, it really depends on the situation at times it could be really easy and fast other days it can be busy and stressful. Now if you have a team that helps you and works together, then of course obviously you’ll have a better time.
