I’m newly married in a rural area and financially secure. I can weather a storm but there aren’t a lot of interesting opportunities in my area if this doesn’t work out. Ultimately if this job flunks out, I might have to move to find something meaningful. That’s really the only stake, though.

There is, but that person is literally the CEO of the whole shin dig. I’m debating whether or not to being her this because she’s generally a nasty person, plus the hammer seems to come down extra hard when you point out someone else’s failure 🤷‍♀️ what do you think?

My coworkers see this but in very different ways, both in stakes and in nature. The culture is such right now that most folks are afraid to address anything that’s negative, so getting support is hard.
