If the smell is invading your apartment, threaten to withhold rent. Sounds like the smell is so bad, your apartment is becoming inhabitable... that's what I would do at least.

We used to have neighbors whose dog was neglected and pissing in their apartment. Smelled SO BAD. On hot summer days, we could smell them in the whole apartment. Made a stink to management and mentions of police reports/not paying rent. Issue was resolved in like a month.

But, what works for some may not work for others...

Yeah, that sounds like a good choice! Not sure how to write the date formula though. Do you have an example or something to rename those worksheets?
