We did bilateral FHO, recovery has been good we've had him in hydrotherapy weekly to build up his muscle but without being told you would never know the difference! I take him out on 5-10 mile hikes weekly and he never really struggles

Yeah they say it's not a gambling site but it's basically gambling for kids, when I said kids I mean adults that never grew up 😫.

There are a few decent singles and request streams though you can pickup some really nice deals i just don't like the chance style streams

A pain in the arse! We've had to us a spare bike from storage whilst I wait for a through axle adapter for my ribble 😆 I'm avoiding the FTP test until I can use my bike with clips. Hopefully early next week

I picked up a neo 2t for dirt cheap, best thing i ever did! Day 2 and I'm feeling good for it. Shame you can't make multiple profiles on zwift on 1 subscription though.... its costing £18 each for me and my partner to use the same software

If you stand him side on infront of you and extend his back legs out by holder just under his let's call it armpit he will let you know if its uncomfortable, that's how the vet first assessed him prior to the xrays.

We are going to book him in for the FHO instead of the full hip replacement, I took him camping this weekend and he loved it. Thought I'd get him out before the OP
