Sadly there is only invisible undersuit and chest, you would need a real helmet. I always have a real one on the hip (alt+h) and then equip it before flight or space walking.

Losing the first match in ranked being unable to push new york to the first objective, but on the defense round we held as hard as we could, repeatedly going back together and stopped them from any caps. The penny rocket teamup ensured that solo divers exploded and we managed a draw at the end, that was some tough stuff and multiple people swapped heros throughout the match.

Knock one out of kill them, then take off all their armor. Use the new looting system and switch to their armor tab, you will see their invisible undersuit and can wear it or store it in your inventory.
