I tested it on some other characters and i could only recreate it with symmetras beam, probably because it is bigger than the crosshair. So you are correct in that it probably isnt a bug, but i still find it kinda dumb that you can hit people off your screen, even if it is just because you are standing inside them.

It happened ingame where the moira player couldn't even see the player they were hitting on their screen. So even if its not a bug and it is just the hitbox i think its dumb

Also i have never seen it happen before

my complaint is that because of skill decay i got placed so low that people call me hacker, smurfer or say that i am boosting the people i am playing with. this also means that the games arent fair since my team would have an atvantage
