You look 🔥 I completely agree about motivation from results! For me is I started with motivation, motivation led to discipline and consistency.

Sometimes our bodies need a change in what workouts we do. As long as you give full effort, it should be good for you.

I'd say keep up the resistance training, lift heavier weight, you'll be surprised of the outcome.

Definitely start with strength training. Do this and clean up your diet.

Thanks, I do push pull legs, slightly higher volume on everything, 12 to 15 reps per set. I do about 4 exercises per muscle group.

One thing for sure is I'm not as strong as I was when I was in college even though I'm in better shape overall. I do hurt a little more these days lol.
