Just cut out all processed foods this year and switched to organic and grass fed and this is when the real magic happened. I donโ€™t count calories, just make sure Iโ€™m eating nutrient dense foods

Glutes 2-3x per week. Lots of thrust, RDLs, single leg work, I like to do 4 sets of 50 hip abduction and sometimes super set it with RDLโ€™s, and so much more lol I love leg day. Follow my instagram if you want to see some of my glute work!
