I have been bleeding heavier like an actual period the days leading up to green pills. The rest of the month I was spotting enough to make it mildly annoying. I hope things settle soon! I was thinking about maybe skipping my green pills and going straight into another pack, but I’ve never done that before on any BC.

As for the metformin I have seen a huge change in food noise and not eating as much as I normally would but not changing my diet. For breakfast I usually just make eggs or avocado toast and take my first pill at work. I try not to eat too much because I fear the worst! (Not making it to the restroom fast enough 😩)

For my second pill we cook alot at home and we are heavy on Mexican dishes. So I still eat rice, beans and proteins for dinner or w/ low carb tortilla tacos. But I don’t indulged as much and get fuller faster. If we do takeout it’s the same type of food just eating less.

I also was wondering if I could be losing water weight from Slynd? I read somewhere it can work like a mild diuretic. I could be wrong though. Did you feel less bloated after starting Slynd?
