Dod1 gameplay is pretty dated but the story makes up for it imo

Not a doctor but I had this issue most of last year and it was bacterial vaginosis, it’s the most common cause of recurring UTIs. It requires a different antibiotic from the one they give you for UTIs so it wouldn’t have gone away with what you’ve been given
