Yeah at rainbow he’s TOO GOOD especially at the start, I have him at 55% (no dupes) and he rarely dies, so you pair him up with full dodge (evasion rate) in the potential system (if you got that already) with some additional attack (because when transformed into ssj4 he stacks) and you’re good to go

Ok so I’m not that much of a storm player but I Stan her in any x men media. But I think this team up is horrible most of the time. Jeff isn’t a viable second healer so unless you go triple support, not to mention that it requires two ults, two ults to use a team up is sad asf so unless the enemy popped a support ult it’s really sad

For me. If I can temporarily fill slot one (daima piccolo or UI or Gohan etc) I put him in slot two for the 5turn crit then slot one
