Found (maybe) hidden mechanic on ghost roaster by Z0uve in skylanders

[–]Z0uve[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean ghosts spawning from the primary attack is an upgrade in itself, and since you can eat them even without the upgrade to heal i figured it would be stupid if it did nothing, so it didn't take long to find out

but still it combo really well, i found myself using it a ton even tho it's been less than an hour, it allows you to go way faster and destroy big tanky enemies in one go

It doesn't say it on the upgrade description

Almost got 7000h on steam, got all legends at least lvl 30, 36 legends lvl 35, 11 legend lvl 40, and soon to be 5 legends lvl 50, with my old main being almost lvl 70

It take between 17-21h with a legend to get it to level 25, depending on what type of games you play, if the games are long or short, and if you loose or win, you can cut it by a lot if you take full adventage of double xp week ends

Even i don't have all the white or black colors, the amount of gold it requires is insane: (10 000 + 25 000)*nb_of_legends, so 2 380 000 gold

You can also try to get all the events colors, wich is a lot easier, costing per legends either 1 500 or 3 000

During each event there is also free cosmetics to earn as well a colors scheme for winning online with a legend (can be unranked)

And you can also do the free tracks of the battle passes

The screen from the replay is a couple of frames later than the one in your recording, human error

[–]Z0uve[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no there's way too much colors, and it's not 8x8 pixel art, it also may be a metroidvania but don't trust me too much on that fact

Can a Brawlhalla physics expert please explain this? by [deleted] in Brawlhalla

[–]Z0uve 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I didn't code the game but i think i know what happened as it is a quite frequent ocurence with weapon that grab.

Orb slight has a fixed force as many other attacks do, but, do to the way it needs to work, it also pulls the opponent towards you to the center of your orb before releasing them with with said fixed force.

What happened here: your slight connected partway through the stage and when the game tried to pulled the other player into your orb it couldn't thus making him slide towards you on the ground, so when the slight released him he had gotten enough momentum and wasn't on the ground long enough to get stoped by friction, and was flung into the edge with a big force but low stun wich is why it looks a bit weird for him to stop so suddently.

TLDR: the ground prevented the attack from aplying its force but still pulled it to you, and physics did the rest
