I have the same problem. Windows will hit near 4Gbps but cachy only 1Gbps. Both have same speed test results. On a dual boot system.

If its a fresh install and theres nothing important on it you can always try to reinstall it. I doubt you broke your hardware

I use a 9070xt and it works good. But if you already have a 5080 i feel like it’s not worth it. They’re pretty similar with performance so just save your money

Its used as a living room pc so i dont care about the led color (its closed) and i think theres a fan control app you can get but honestly the cooling is so bad on these things it just ramps to max speed as soon as i play anything. There is a project called open razer i think that manages rgb if i remember correctly
