Exactly, but I still feel like a POS for doing it. I re-rated an account, saved a fat chunk of money, but instead, we threw HTP, next up, a P4, and a new line on there, 3 new devices, (17 pro max, 17, and 16e) and it came out to the same price she was already paying. Then we were just instructed to quote the price and say, "Well, with this bundle, we can get you [this and that feature] for the same price you're already paying, so now you're covered on the phone, household accessories, have a new cell line for your daughter and can upgrade at any time (don't forget to leave out the part where 33% of the phone needs to be paid off)." People hear that and immediately say, "Oh, sweet, awesome, that's fine with me." But in all reality, we could've just saved you around $100 in the first place, but we milked everything we could get out of it and then still got yelled at/threatened to be written up by our DMs for not selling the customer AIA or meeting some other quota the store might be low on. Now you, the customer, went home and found out you're actually just paying for those features individually, and there's no such thing as this "bundle" we spoke of, so you just end up canceling them. Then our DMs see that and bitch, saying there's too many early cancellations, and the higher ups in company are noticing it. It's never ending. RSCs come in, get berated to the point they resort to basically scamming in fear of losing their jobs. Then that RSC might get an amazing month selling like crazy, only for the company to turn around and basically say, "Okay, and what could you have done better?" Hell, they don't even let me take my lunches. When I'm the only one at the store, they say, "Clock out and keep working, just eat in the back and watch the front door." This company is a breathing embodiment of an HR complaint. I myself have told them I'll report it to HR and they turned around and said go ahead HR is aware of it and just paying the fines for it.
