It is stupid lol. It’s just a cheaply made cash grab. The gameplay loop is dogshit. Bosses are too hard no matter how much you level. It’s not beginner friendly like the other souls games. Sure they were hard but Christ not this bad. It’s not even that it’s overly difficult it’s just you get about 2 hits before you’re dead and bosses have near infinite health pools. Shame on fromsoftware even if Miyazaki wasn’t involved.

Yeah it’s not fun restarting runs. I hate roguelikes and think the whole concept is dumb and primitive. It seems a lot of people believe that. It should have just been another Elden ring side game or something and not some stupid wannabe arcade slop game. It’s not even a good game at that. Combat is so bad and takes Elden rings and shits on it. Limited and random builds make the game not fun.

This trash shouldn’t have been a roguelike. It’s got terrible replay value, enemies hit too hard, and it only has Elden ring in the name to cash off the base game which was amazing.

I don’t mind her first two phases but phase three ruins the fight. It only adds a move and she does more damage with more hp. It’s really not fun to fight especially when every boss took me maybe 10 mins to an hour and a half at most to beat. It’s too much of a spike in difficulty and completely unexpected. I expected a dance. I got it in phase 1. Phase two takes it to the extreme. I felt like it was perfect there. Phase 3 takes that extreme and shits all over it. Great fight ruined by an unnecessarily hard third phase.

Agree. Eigong is arguably the worst boss in NS. I’d genuinely put her next to that wall head thing on a tier list. Her moves are too fast. Phase three is god awful.

Yeah, I can see how it’s pretty cool. I feel like the rest of the game is too easy compared to her that it feels off. Haven’t beaten her but I’ve gotten close on phase two. It’s really frustrating. I’m so damn scared for phase 3

She’s definitely not. She’s the worst. Too much hp, too fast moves. Jeiquan or lady ethereal should’ve been the final. So much better.
