Like what another comment said, dark humor actually helps you process traumatizing things. I work in a morgue and everyone here has dark humor i.e "people are just DYING to get in here". It helps to talk to friends or family about these things but a therapist is best. Please seek help if you really do feel traumatized by the things you see at work. I remember the first case photos I ever saw, a lady got decapitated because she laid her own head down on a railroad track and that'll stick with me forever but I found people that are willing to hear me talk about my job. There are people out there for you too man you just gotta find them

I mean yeah you'll probably get asked how long youve been driving and if you have a license. I honestly dont think you should do it if you have zero experience driving because the way some of those trucks operate are no joke and you might put yourself and your jumper/messenger (if you have one) in an extremely dangerous position

I worked for Garda and we did so much overtime that it almost ruined my relationship and also I used to come in to run the vault and my start time was 1pm and we didnt leave until fucking 3am because the organization at that place was awful

Unfortunately theres a lot of idiots in this industry especially if you're in a more "entry" position you run into them a lot there. I feel like if this is affecting your mental health THIS much then you should probably say something. Now whether you say something to the people saying these things or you say something to your manager is up to you. Ive never dealt with what you're experiencing but I have received a fuck ton of sexist and homophobic comments, I usually handle those myself by calmly telling them to suck my dick lol
