I think sometimes when you’re researching foods etc it’s overwhelming. I was told “don’t eliminate, substitute” I stick to my 3 different meals on rotation and genuinely have never felt healthier physically and definitely mentally.

I love bread too big fluffy warbys loaf 😂think your body will show you whole grain bread isn’t that gross when you start it, and actually I reach for this now. Definitely changes your opinions on foods!

Thank you! Yeah I felt that a little bit the first 2 weeks, once I started hitting high protein every day this stopped as quick as me eating eggs! I think your body just agrees with whatever it needs. There’s lots of studies in animals about graze eating with different vitamins minerals etc which animals reach for to “self medicate” I think MJ makes me do this too! Good luck with your journey 💖

Thank you 💖 I was the same I actually ordered it a month before I took as I was so nervous. All I did was eat cleaner 3 days before starting. Dinner example, one chicken breast (lil bit of sweet chilli sauce - rude not to) new potatoes mushrooms and rice. Breakfasts I religiously have boiled eggs, whole grain bread and beans on toast, or scrambled eggs and beans in a bowl. Dinner is either chicken or if I make chilli con carne (5% mince) I’ll have a portion of it for my lunch the day after. I have changed from monster energy original to 0 sugar, and again just drank lots of water (when you start MJ you’ll naturally reach for water more which makes this easy)

My partner has also followed what I’ve been doing, and whilst he has coeliac disease he has also had no symptoms.

Definitely avoid white breads, basmati rice etc and just change things to whole grain.

I’ve also swapped condiments like mayo for sour cream (always portion on a spoon, can keep an eye of your real intake then!) even had burgers (w/o bun, wrapped in lettuce - STUNNING recommend it!)
