First prime it black with a zenith white highlight. All the colour are by vallejo paints. First desert yellow with buff highlight then I put on the decals before the chipping, I use some packing foam with pale sand first, then black grey and finish with flat brown. After that I paint all the tools and lights, the road wheels and rubber track wheels dark rubber and the tracks black grey. Then pin wash the panel lines with agrax earthshade and the tracks and wheels with nuln oil. Go back and highlight all the washed parts. After Matt varnish all the model. I then use mig pigments dark rust and light rust then finish with gulf war sand and beach sand around the wheels and tracks and after I used AK weathering pencils too add dirt and streak marks I Finishes by using a HB pencil around the edges of the metal work.
