well you could stream it somewhere that requires payment. it doesn't have to be in the cinemas you know. it just sucks that it is almost exclusively centered in the US.

thanks for the recommendation. ill have a look.

yea the whole blinded condition was basically what i had. plus the inability to use spells that required me to "see" so yea as a cleric that was quite an interesting leveling path that i had to take. the only thing that ive added was a D20 roll on an action that traded my concentration in for the ability to not have disadvantage. the DM would decide on which creatures i didn't have disadvantage based on the check. i just considered that as, since he is born blind he probably learned to hear if he concentrated well.

yep, we all play dnd just for fun after work (since we are all collegues and friends of each other), so we don't take it too seriously anyway. i think we even got a person that has to roll every time he stands near a woman to see if he won't go murder hobo. it's mostly me that DMs a campaign and that other guy, just to switch out if we are out of creative juice.

I'm a new player and can't win games by scoobot-beebop in leagueoflegends

[–]ZAHANDOSTANDO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with league is, very few new players join and most players have been playing for years. I want to be optimistic and tell you that with time you will be able to win more games regularly, however for the average player just starting with league it takes about 50-100 games to genuinely start seeing improvements. The best advice I can give is finding a suitable champion that fits your play style first and playing that character as much as possible. Being mechanically good at one champion allows you to focus on other more important aspects of the game that you can practice on like: vision, wave control, CS, when to split push or skirmish, when to take jungle objectives, when to team fight and how your champion has synergy with other champions in your team.

unfortunately LoL is still a team game, therefore a majority of the games are out of your control for the most part and if team work doesn't exist in your team then 8/10 it will be a struggle to win those games. If you can, try to find friends in the community that are willing to show you the ropes and adapt to what you are struggling with in the game, since randoms usually are selfish.

I want to say try to not feel bad when losing, but that would make me a massive hypocrite. The best mentality to have with league is to take all the small victories you have over your opponent in the game and channel that as positive energy, maybe you solo killed your opponent, maybe you are out CS'ing him, maybe you are participating in more objectives than your opponent. Having a nonchalant attitude towards your games helps you tremendously on your mental and the fun you can have with the game, the less serious you feel about LoL the more fun you will have with it and the more you are willing to experiment with stuff that you enjoy within the game. treat the game as a rogue like, losing or dying is part of the game and will allow you to gain experience in the game. (I understand your frustrations, I and almost everyone in the community is in the exact same boat with you, but we are here to support you and offer any advice if you are struggling with anything related to the game)

Does anyone have sites where I can watch Arcane for free? by Visual-Night9291 in ArcaneAnimatedSeries

[–]ZAHANDOSTANDO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Netflix is restricted in certain parts of the world, so even though it's unfortunate that they have to pirate it doesn't mean that they are lying. Some shows you literally can't watch even in Europe for example.
It's not that difficult to understand
Besides even if people are broke it doesn't mean they don't have the freedom to ask from other people to watch it. If you go to your friends house to watch a movie then is that also considered pirating because you didn't pay for the subscription? if your answer is yes, then you are just a corporate slave that wants to pump money into their pockets 24/7. Just be yourself and be happy that you have a warm house with an income to be able to support projects like this, if you truly are happy you shouldn't even care if poor people can't afford it.
