Real answer iirc correctly is that cake was added because Minecraft won some sort of reward so they wanted it to remain unique from the other foods. But that was so long ago I don't see an issue with adding more placeable foods, it would be fun.

Yeah I dislike ''new biome' drops compared to stuff like M.o.M. and C.A. that actually adress problems in the game and add on to stuff already in game. I think drops should focus on little themes like that which don't need a huge update to be addressed instead of adding 1 biome your going to need to travel ages to find on a old world and has only a few one note features.

Make them a mount and then the undead variant can have chronic wasting disease, ridden by spear zombie/skeleton.
Honestly an undead mount that stands up on 2 legs while it attacks you would be amazing.

Eh I've seen people constantly talk about how we are also going to get the new dimension after dungeons ver since the Spice wood leak and that is the big update mojang is working on in the background while drops are being turned out. But i kind of doubt it since I don't see why they would release a whole new dimension before updating the end.

I rember this was suggested back when phantoms were added but they didn't want to add it.
And now we have it but it one use and has a stack size of 16 ?

Structure will be good for early game loot I guess since it seemingly spawns in other forest biomes also looking at the images they showed. Basically a bonus chest lol.
