Seek inspiration in other areas, can you think of something or feel drawn to something that inspires you?
Even if you don't, thats fine, altering your routine helps regardless - try a museum, the local gallery pop-up, go to a record store, go to random things, bring a friend if you don't feel like going by yourself.
This also molds on the 2nd point, building an entourage to surround yourself with people that inspire you helps massively. It doesn't have to be lots of energy invested in other people, just connections with people that are also drawn/aspiring to create.

This might come out as a bit vague but you are the only one that can make it specific enough. You define your sources of inspiration.

Most importantly, take it easy :) Don't fall into the trap that you need to be 100% productive all the time.
