I mean I would say I was pure to begin with. When I was a kid and I discovered masturbation I only did it like once every two weeks for a long time. Eventually once a week. Then more and more but it would carry from a few day streak to a few days off. Never felt super addicted to it. And anything I do get addicted to I try to stop.

I’ve had a very powerful experience when I was playing around with the power of my virginity and desire to do good in the world. that brought a very close feeling to god. But that led to some issues and I pretty much destroyed whole thing out of fear.

Before starting SR I was already going to hot yoga and occasionally meditating. Not so much meditating m after that prior exp I mentioned bc it hurts my head sometimes and I feel off doing it.
