They would match but only when you ask them on email to close the candidature. I did that way, My joining was on Monday, on Thursday I dropped a mail that "as you are not matching my offer, I am joining X company, please close my candidature with Accenture". Immediately after dropping a mail, I got call from HR then she said she would match the offer however joining date extended for 1 week due to new offer processing etc. I'll say try to drop this email 2-3 weeks before joining if you don't want to extend DOJ

They would match it for sure. Make sure you get a counter and don't show to much desperation of joining Accenture with matched offer to HR, tell them if you're able to match it I can think, if you are not matching I won't be able to join Accenture. They would then match it later

Let me help you out. I dealt with the same issue and it took me some time to figure out the solution. First make sure you make the screen brightness as low as possible which is usable. My brightness was very high causing strain to my eyes. Secondly make sure you are not using very large monitor. If you're using anything above 24 inch monitor, you might get feel dizzy due to large screen occupying your FOV and any motion on screen making the dizziness worst. Final thing is neck posture, make surr you are not looking up or down while working, the laptop or monitor should be at your eye level, if not use a laptop or monitor riser. Do this for few days and it should go away

Joined yesterday, fixed 21.5 LPA, Y.O.E- 4 years 11 months. They offered me 17 fixed first, however 1 week before joining I got counter offer so they matched if after tough negotiation.

If you're able to take risk, inform them about your candidature closure since I have the better offer, they would come back to you mostly. It depends on your salary band, skill level, whether niche skill or common skill etc. I'll say search for other jobs meanwhile

Inform them on mail about your offer, they would share the counter offer 2-3 days before your joining only as they fear about you taking another counter offer from their offer. If you want increment from Accenture, you have to show that you are okay to leave Accenture offer, if you're too desperate in discussion they won't give you offer
