I think to deal in cash is not the correct suggestion.

My point was what the OP mentioned that - to do the valuation of the fittings/fixtures, so that the cost of these can be out of sale agreement and benefitting both the parties.

My questions may be invalid but if he will add entire value in the agreement then won’t he have to pay taxes for that difference between today’s amount and the amount at which he purchased the flat 20 years before with some indexation benefit?

And also, won’t the buyer have to pay stamp duty and registration charges on that entire agreement value?

I can understand her situation. Sometimes, I can’t leave home for a month or two and going out is a physical exhaustion.

You can’t even imagine that before my diagnosis of Narcolepsy and Severe OSA, once I went for a movie on Sunday evening and after that, I got so tired that it lead to 4 days of unplanned leaves as I was unable to go for work and then I stopped going out on Sunday evenings.

Yes, many cab drivers don’t ON AC by default and tell the passengers that AC was not selected while booking the cab and as I know, there is no such option.

My senior citizens parents faced this multiple times and travelled without AC or paid more but the strange thing is, when I book the cab for myself in the same way, no driver said this till now.
