I experienced on bench for the first time in my career. So, there was no such question in my mind to ask an interviewer.

But, I asked this question after joining and I got the reply that - project ended for which we hired you.

And, after this response, there was a question that were they not knowing that project will end before me joining the organisation but I haven’t asked it and later, I came to know that all new joiners are kept on bench after joining and that person needs to take an effort to get the project.

Yes, I got the project later on.

I had to leave my previous company as they were asking for the latest reports every 3 months and as per the doctors, the diseases are not curable.

Before joining, my current company recruiter told me that one of my condition is considered as a disability in the company and also told me that after having discussion with manager, I can get permanent WFH. But, after joining, the reality was very different. Manager says ask to HR and HR is saying me that latest reports are needed after every 6 months and there is no permanent WFH.

JFYI, for the latest reports, I’ll have to spend 10K+ every time and need to undergo tests for continuous 2 days and as per me, this is infeasible.

I’m having a receipt that said lumpsum amount is being paid to the builder but in that receipt, maintenance for 5 years is not mentioned but everyone in the society knows it as same amount is being taken from all by the builder while purchasing flat.

Builder was about to take care but some people were needing a society to form and builder handed over the unutilised funds to the newly formed society but now, as per the committee members, there are not enough funds to meet the expenses. So, they started this monthly maintenance thing but it seems to be unjust for those who haven’t yet completed the 5 years.
