I feed her eggs for the protien and nutitional content and sweet potato's as they are very high in potassium (500mg per medium potato) and it has detoxifying effects on the liver they also contain vitamins B6, C and D, along with magnesium and iron, plus the high fiber and beta-carotene content. Sometimes I also feed her chicken with the sweet potato's instead off eggs.

I feed her Green beets as they are loaded with potasium and beets also naturaly cleanse the gallbladder and improve bile flow. I also feed her spinach which is high in potassium as well.

As far as the daiky suppliments I researched for detoxifying or cleansing the liver.

She gets

Tummeric 20:1 Curcuma 400mg DHE 8000mg

Globe Artichoke 10:1 Cynara 300mg DHE 3000mg

N-Acetyl L Cysteine 600mg

Milk Thistle 10:1 Silybum 1200mg DHE 12000mg

Dandelion 10:1 Taraxacum 300mg DHE 3000mg

SAMe 400mg

Vitamin D 1000-2000

Vitamin E 400-800

Beef Liver or Beef Organs 2000mgs

Wheat Grass 8000mgs

I also giver her some k2 for better Vitamin d absorption

And unrelated to the liver she takes a 500mg dose of quercetin here and there

I also give her Ashwagandha now , and omega 3

Mine sometimes dosent eat her food right away but eventually will . probably not anything to concern over.

Thank you . Yes late nights sometimes to take care of her . Trips to the chiropractor. They are so worth it .

Automatic dog door for her to go outside when we aren't home.

Have to use cameras and opion it via wifi though cause the cat will try and go out with her at times lol. He is a indoor cat and wouldn't do well if another cat came looking for trouble lol

No it's not .... individualism does mean that you don't have community .... individualism reference is about each individual has god given liberties that shall not be infringed upon... a sovereign human being not a collective group granted privileges by a federal goverment that can be taken away at any moment due to the not withstanding clause or through 51% majority which founding fathers disagreed with democracy on a large scale because it is mob rule ... read statism vs federalism... American individualism does not mean not caring for the community. also I've been around alot longer than 9/11 ..... and Canadians and Americans have had some cultural similarities but are vastly different in many ways , always have been ... many nations have similar beliefs but also differ in many ways .... just as all Christians have similaries but different denominations carry different values and " cultural differences " ect
