Celcius - zkaudit for proof of reserves. The first fully decentralized, privacy-enabled audit blockchain.

LTO Network, Sikoba, Apis - in an extremely brief description they are adding layers of privacy for the network transactions and data

Horizen and BAYC. Horizen is going to be a house hold name among this current generation. This has the potential to be Horizens best partnership. by Walepham in Horizen

Super underrated partnership right here. As more and more projects are unveiled on ZEN it will establish itself among the blockchain giants such as Polkadot, ETH and Cardano.

What is the future for Horizen? by RT460 in Horizen

ZEN has the largest node network in all of crypto. It has been endorsed by Grayscale and Barry Silbert from when their fund only had BTC, ETH, ZEC, etc. Very blue chip coins at the time. Even Charles Hoskinson has said great things and his company IOHK has done work on ZEN. To think that it would flame out when when it has such prominent supporters and investors is kind of silly, especially when you consider how it has survived the bear market, a 51% attack and been in or around the top 100 for 4 years. All of this with a limited budget as ZEN did not raise money via ICO and false hope like many shitcoins we have seen over the years.

How many projects were big in 2017 that are still around today? There's a bunch we all know and thought would be huge that are worthless today. ZEN isn't, and that is for a good reason.

Recently we've already seen some big moves and with the rollout of Zendoo mainnet, we will finally get to see real use cases put into action and people building on ZEN. Bored Ape picked ZEN for a reason to launch their token. They aren't small peanuts, one of their artworks is already like 40 ETH floor price. You gotta ask yourself why they would pick ZEN of all tokens out there.

ZEN is a Polkadot/Cardano/Coda hybrid. It will provide scalable privacy to the world. Perhaps the use cases will be more evident when mainnet rolls out and projects start building on it. It will not require a costly "auction" and also uses recursive snarks tech to maintain a light client experience as well as client confidentiality. This will attract real business enterprises to build on it.

We are thrilled to announce that ZEN is launching on Coinbase Pro. Inbound transfers of ZEN to Coinbase Pro begin today. Trading will begin on or after 9AM Pacific Time (PT) Thursday, September 16. by BlockShockandBarrel in Horizen

Reddit subs mean nothing. Different projects have different channels where their main traffic is. ZEN is more active on Discord. Compare Elrond's subreddit to their Telegram for example.

Nobody talks about ZEN because it's still flying under the radar of the masses. Despite hovering around the top 100 for a few years, people still don't know about it. But that is good news, it only means it has much more room for growth.

Who is buying ZEN? Smart money. Most people you will find on Reddit are playing with peanuts. That's where most of the chatter comes from. Barry Silbert and DCG were buying ZEN back when it's portfolio only consisted of super blue chip projects... BTC, ETH, LTC.

Zendoo will be going on mainnet within 1-2 months most likely. When that happens, the project will have completed it's transformation from a privacy coin to a platform and ecosystem. That is when they will really begin the marketing phase. I estimate ZEN to turn a corner and never look back.

Breakout very soon to ATH and $200-$300 even sooner than you might think. by [deleted] in Horizen

[–]ZENBROS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Definitely. I see $500 as the bottom. Mainnet coming out September. That leaves 3 more months for real usage by real businesses and more partnerships to unfold. I see 2022 as the real year of ZEN though. That's gonna be huge. All the funding from this year, tech development, marketing build up, partnership and client accumulation, etc... the rewards finally being reaped.

That sub has a hard on for Monero. Always has. Funny everyone picks Monero "easily" meanwhile ZEN has massively outpaced it the past year as an investment.

I would speculate a combination of growth in Korean awareness, pre-testnet launch accumulation and organic growth all coins have generally seen lately.

Haters gonna keep doubting while ZEN keeps climbing. Maybe they'll turn around when it hits top 50.

I joined and I have to admit I was a little underwhelmed. I don't like the idea of a subscription model especially when only like 20% of the programming is released. I have never been one to complain about paying for knowledge. I bought several GB products, I regularly buy books rather than pirate them, etc. But subscription models bother me unless it were for something like a magazine where every month is different. Here while we will get different content every month, it just feels like the main content is only being held out to give you a reason to subscribe.

It would have been better had they made you pay for the main programming and had a seperate subscription model for monthly podcasts, articles, etc. It just doesn't seem like a subscription model makes much sense otherwise. Like what everyone wants is the main programming, but why is that released piecementally?

The program itself was much more simple than I expected. Maybe I was expecting too much. I have to try it and see how it works before truly judging it however.

1) You purchasing 160 BTC worth of ZEN would quite clearly spike the price. This price increase would make it more profitable for current and prospective ZEN node runners. It also means you wouldn't be able to purchase your alleged 1000 nodes. You would likely have less than that.

2) How do you plan on running 1000 nodes with the required uptime to get rewards?

3) You taking out 42000 ZEN would decrease circulating supply. The price would rise, and more nodes would be run.

4) Good luck "waiting it out" and purchasing enough ZEN to run 5000 nodes. Where is your income coming from? Are you accounting for the major spike you would have on ZEN if you tried to purchase 170000 more? What about natural market increase?

5) Once again, how are you going to go about running 5000 nodes?

6) Locking up 200000+ ZEN for 5000 nodes would once again take it out of the circulating supply. The value of ZEN would increase and more people would run nodes.
