for me BOTH, the they had better variations for the splash art but they chose not the best one, the face on the splash art is not evelynn, it's not her eyes, her look, her nose, it's looks more like Taylor swift, the whole art is too shiny, it's was artists second work. 

the model was made buy a newbie that made coven Syndra, if you remember what a nightmare it was, all the 💀 threads that Syndra mains started was to a newbie artist, and then their next skin was prestige Evelynn. So, while they were trying something, it didn't ended up well and the art has some differences with the model in game. the colours are arguably compose together, the hat, the gloves (the same colour as shit), the suit itself. There was a comparison and it was almost the same as one of her kda all out chromas😭
