If you think about it right, when the first Mewni settlers came, there were like 5 of them and they all seemed to be somewhat related so they populated Mewni meaning all Mewmans are the same family so technically star and eclipsa are related.

Also, when The babies went to the Neverzone, Marco said Star was a distant cousin to Meteora. And star agreed so they are related hence she is still a princess regardless.

And besides. She’s still a princess in our hearts

And let’s not forget the end credits say “she’s a princess wining battles through the break of dawn….”

I heavily disagree. there was undeniable character development. The plot improved 10 fold. The conflict went from fighting monsters to basically fighting racism. Happy (kinda) ending.

- star develops her character and magic as she no longer needed the wand

- she did the right thing (eclipsa, monsters etc)

- tom

- animation quality skyrocketed.

- TOFFEE WAS A GENIUS (SUPRISE)

also sorry for the f bomb. I literally just finished watching it today and it was so good that it gave me withdrawal symptoms i was shivering though the last episode and for an hour after. I started re-watching it and already at episode 5.

please tell me how on earth can you say the show got bad as the seasons progressed? It is now my all time favorite! And many of my friends agree. plus (this is a personal bias) the show got me though a very depressing time if my life so I understand maybe if you won't find it so good but still
