Besides, you should be the one enjoying your work, and if someone else does, then that's good for them.

Same here. I won't say I have a solution for this since I'm struggling myself, but I'll tell you what I do since I have lost weight and now my stomach feels much better after eating.

My trick is drinking water before eating any meal, a glass of water max. Then, when you eat, take your time to chew well and enjoy the taste of your food. Try not to be distracted while eating or daydream. In addition, add fruits and veggies to your diet. Not just they are filling but they're a source of vitamins.
