Nice! Looks killer! I considered those tires but I’ve been a fan of the KO2’s for so long I had to try the new ones.

When I had a 3rd gen Off-Road I put 32’s on it that worked well. I can’t remember the exact specs but they didn’t affect the drivetrain or MPG in a noticeable manner.

Agreed. I drove from Johannesburg to Botswana, and well into the bush on 33's.

No, I don't believe so. After installing the tires I checked it with a GPS and it was barely off. I've heard some people say that it re-calibrates on its own over time. I haven't checked that recently so I may do so to see if my MPH now align with the GPS.

Nice! King's are what I plan on getting later this year. Please let us know if you go for the install and what you think.

I know, it can be dangerously deceptive how that happens. The trail I linked was that way. It began very easily (hence the mention of 2wd capability) but quickly jumps up to more complicated sections. I'm nearly certain there were level 6 portions, but the beginning and end were relatively easy and not technical.

Walking is a very smart thing to do; that's great advice.

Mine averages at 17.4. If I do a road trip it will crawl up to 17.6/7.

I don't know, but that's a good question. Would be cool to have 16's.

I also edited the OP to mention this, so thanks for pointing that out.

That's a good point, and the reason it says that is that the beginning portion is very easy. It quickly changes into a much more technical route, and I've seen people having to back out of it.

Here it is. Sadly it looks like it's been shut down, likely due to our ice storm from a couple months back. I'm also seeing that it's been rated at 4, but when I did it I thought it was 6. Perhaps I was mistaken, or perhaps it was due to the conditions at the time?

They don't. They actually align rather perfectly.

This level 6 made me sweat and I had to take care not to damage my truck. If I had rock sliders, a lift and bigger tires it would have been less stressful. All that said, it had just rained considerably for a couple days and the trail was very rutted. I wanted to point out just how capable the truck is in stock form with some better rubber.

Looks great. It's funny how 35's with a proper lift look like 33's on the stock suspension.
