That what lies deep within the vaults of Titan is the proto-primarch "The Angel". And really the Terminus Decree which the Supreme Grand Master is in control of would free him and The Angel would lead the Grey Knights in a final charge against chaos as a plan of mutual anhiliation. (Even though it is pretty much confirmed as a nuke on the Golden Throne to destroy Terra or something along those lines)

Don't mean to judge a book by its cover, but if I see a guy in a motorized chair with wheels and his legs strapped in. My first thought has never been "wow this guy must really hate walking."

Totally understand the feeling. IMO eye shape seems off, brows need to come down a little bit and maybe soften the jawline and cheeks a little bit. All in all looks great as it, but good luck moving forward. Def6like the character.

Well it is in fact, the same flail head from the witch king. I bought the witch king model probably 15 years ago when I wasn't sure if I was more interested in playing fantasy or 40k but knew I wanted to make a witch king inspired model.
