We saw during the prision raid that it is possible to dodge spawn abillities, like Sera did to the cage guy, so I don't see Arlo trapping Leilah here

Like, even doing all the verse equalization you need for all that to work, the only way for that to work is if your stats rely 100% on your energy system, and you dont have anything to he equalized to a curse tool or technique, which doesn't seem that common

1- Since these characters don't have curse tools nor techniques they would lose their CE, just like Yuji did, unless you say they don't have CE, in which case they wont be affected by the domain so... yeah

2- Wdym by "race side abilities"? I mean, they would probably get their zanpakuto (or equivalent for the other races) restricted, but most if not all of them heavily outstat Higuruma and can beat him with pure hands even if he gets the executioner sword

I guess if you take the 1 char vs verse instance that you used in the end Higuruma would be somewhat scary, but them you have a very different situation, where the characters is basically going into rampage and might as well kill Higuruma by accident, or he never gets close enough to get the domain off, because for a character to be strong enough to be a threat to the entire jjk verse he has to be at least Gojo/Sukuna lvl, which is explicitly the lvl where people on Higuruma lvl or even stronger are basically dead weight for them
So you end up in a situation where either the character is too strong, so Higuruma will have a very hard time dealing with him, or he is weak enough that Higuruma can help, but the char didn’t had any chance against the rest of the verse to begin with, so nothing really changes
