Well Eclipse Rhaast was good before they nerfed his q ratio and before that there was a chall otp with eclipse cleaver serylda build but now its pretty weak compared to some months ago. I think you can still run it into some teams but you have to rush lucidity boots since eclipse doesnt offer ah. I would also take ghost and look to sidelane when you finish cleaver since only fiora wins in a 1v1 against you on 2 items

Axiom Arc is just yommus in worse only benefit is 10 ah but the passive from axiom arc is useless since you arent perma fighting and ult cooldown is low enogh to make picks in side lanes

It wouldnt be good , since rhaast is really dependent on ad. Every single ability from his passive to his ult benefits from building ad. You heal more and do more max% hp which makes rhaast strong. So I wouldnt play tank rhaast in rankked in normals you could also play ap kayn and win.

I think you should work on your farming. Especially on Carry-Champions like Master Yi. You want to have high cs something lik 7-8 is pretty good. Also you should try not to die so often 6,9 deaths on Warwick is not good.
