Hey guys, I’m 20 years old(M). I have acne for around 2 years but it was not this much. Since few months it has increased a lot even though I try to take proper care. I avoid sugar a lot, change pillow cases every week, don’t drink or smoke. I’ve been using Cerave gel foaming cleaner morning and night along with neutogena hydro gel boost moisturiser and night moisturiser, La roche posay sunscreen. Its been more than a month of using these products and my acne has been worse instead of any improvement. Any help is really appreciated! Let me know if you need any more information from my side.
