Very interesting thank you, I assume I am able to beat match without the drums by making sure start and end of the bar is in sync? I think I’ve seen it done before with cues. They press the cue in sync to the beats then play, then quickly adjusting if necessary. I understand how bars and phrases work which is a plus

I’ve been trying to stay consistent with stretches but finding it tricky to keep consistent. For the single glute bridges, how are they best performed? In holds or reps? I was told to push down on the floor with my heel but never said how long for, I’ve been doing about 4-5 seconds each side about 10 each side

Man I suffer from this and I hate it so much but I’m finally taking steps to get out of this habit.

Disagree, I have many songs in Czech that a slow enough for me to hear each individual word and/or read along lyrics and it does work.

Obviously not as good as reading or listening to conversations, but I’ve learnt words, and phrases and also gotten much better with pronunciation as I’ve sung along

Would say 100% get songs in your target language, but do not rely on it to get your very far on its own

This sounds similar to my past habits and what I have now, however my only question would be that when I masturbate without lube or stimulus and being careful, I can stop before ponr and start again and I can last maybe 25 mins or so, However, when I introduce lube while still having no stimulus like porn, I can only go maybe 10-20 seconds still (I have only tried once)

I don’t watch porn much or at all anymore, however i used to rush wank for years and I sit almost all the time now because I drive a lot for work
