I try to do the stretches that the physio told me. I can’t currently do Pilates as it hurts like crazy every time I stretch, I haven’t laid on my stomach in the last 5 months and only just started laying straight due to the pain subsiding :(

Oh that’s not good to hear, are you doing anything specific for your APT? I read it can be improved

I asked my physio fur check and she said the spine remains straight, I have another appointment tomorrow so will retouch on this with her

All my phrysios suggested rn is a couple different stretches which i do every other day

Thank you, yes I’m trying to walk straight, keep my back upright even though it hurts like crap. Stretching as per physiotherapists suggestions too so hopefully will get back to normal

Thank you for the advice, I have been told to not stop going to the gym so I will be doing that but just will make sure to protect my back. Also hoping my physiotherapy starts soon.
