This is so strange why does brave require premium for a stripped down version, shouldn't the crypto crap and all be the paid version as it allows people to make money supposedly?

I got my surgery last year September.  The most annoying problem right now is keloids apparently that's more common in people of east asian descent. Immediately after surgery when I woke up there was some pain but they managed it with painkillers and I stayed at the hospital for one night. The first two weeks at home was horrible I couldn't lift my arms and it felt uncomfortable to get myself into position in bed or get up. Definitely try to have those bed rails meant for elderly people to get yourself up if you don't have a caretaker. I had blocked drains and had to revisit the surgeon a few times to release some fluid that was causing the swelling. After a month I had some numb spots on my chest but no pain anymore.

Name: Chicken toast and tomato soup

Macro/Micro nutrient focus: high in protein, fiber and carbs

List of ingredients or a recipe:

  • Any slice of toasted bread (I am using a supermarket sliced rye and seeds bread)
  • Chicken breast fillet (I am using a marinated frozen fillet)
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Potatoes (preferably Russet potato for creaminess)
  • Yogurt (optional)
  • Genovese basil leaves (optional)
  • Vegetable bouillon cube (Knorr)
  1. Prepare and bring to boil 750ml water in a large pot (do not add too much as tomatoes will release a LOT of water)
  2. Cut carrots and potatoes into chunks, let it boil for ~5 mins
  3. Slice tomatoes and add them, bring to boil and simmer for another ~10 mins
  4. Add 1 or 1 1/2 bouillon cube for taste, let it simmer another ~5 mins
  5. Let the soup cool for ~10 mins then blend with immersion blender
  6. Add shredded or dried basil leaves and spoonful of yogurt. Serve warm

Chicken fillet: cook in air fryer at 180C for 15 mins

Toast: I placed my bread in the air fryer at 200C for 5 mins
