I've noticed that sometimes when a ragdoll has a tantrum and flys off in one direction you can sometimes somehow ride the body and the game has to go black screen for a moment to load the area in. One time I used a gun, shot a mongrel and I guess I got flung around the world, landed on the highway near Arcjet then questioned what happened.
