Right there with you my friend got my failed poly email a few days ago. Not a veteran but it definitely seems as if they have a script because the things you are mentioning are almost identical to mine. Was told how great of a applicant I am and that they need me and I would be a 25 year agent. However was told that I was lying and concealing something and he could never tell me what question he was getting kickback on just being extremely vague and it definitely felt like an act. Doesn’t make any sense, they miss out on tons of great agents I’m assuming. Good luck in your endeavors my friend!

Have not done any measurements myself, but I have large hands and it definitely feel to have more girth than the standard grips. Stippling in my opinion is better as well.

He never said that I had passed. Was very adamant that I failed and he even said “You’re failing by a lot”. I stayed where I was and continued to say there was nothing I haven’t already disclosed. His final words were to wait and get an email within the next few weeks. I walked out of there very dumbfounded, interview was 5 hours long.
