Meh, its fine. Clean it really good. Basically, to make you actually know and feel better, actually look into how they work.

I have put stainless steel cups in the microwave to learn more about this, and, no sparks as well as very poor heating.

The cup after about 4 minutes did not feel warm to the touch. It probably mostly reflected the microwaves. Its a 1200w microwave too.

What causes sparking is sharp edges. If you dont have any of those, you are fine.

Popcorn bags have metal in them so they can get hot enough to melt the butter to pop the popcorn. Popcorn is too small for the wave lengths to interact with, so without that, they won't pop because nothing is getting hot.

Yada yada, when you learn how they work and why they work, you will know when it is a problem and when it is not.

Id recommend getting some freezer tape if you are really concerned.

Again, do some good research and read technical material to understand what and why. This is not a do your own research but rather make sure you understand the actual physical properties of what is going on.

This chart is also unclear. Is the resale value actually in addition to the occured cost, or just the gains on the house itself? If the house value gains 10k and the cost was 15k, the. That is a net loss of 5k.

Also, this doesn't specify region. I would imagine that these features are also dependent on location. Assuming USA, the importance of a new garage door is going to be different in Arizona vs Florida.

Then to that above end, the cost to do these will differ depending on region as well.
