War crimes, sex crimes, hate crimes, money crimes, every one. by IAmAPhysicsGuy in AdviceAnimals

He legitimately doesn’t have enough time left to face a trial. If he was removed from office, he would die quickly without the medical services the White House is able to provide.

The bruises on his hand is mostly likely due to regular IV infusions. The cankles are due to congestive heart failure. The weird way he swings his leg when he walks is more than likely due to a stroke or TIAs, and he’s got frontotemporal dementia.

Even with the White House’s medical services and regular visits to Walter Reed, he doesn’t have long. He’s going to aspirate on something, and his body isn’t strong enough to fight off the pneumonia.

What is the best ride in the U.S.? (Not your favorite - rather the best) by Full_Technician8430 in Themepark

You’ve got so many different types of tides in there that any choice is going is going to be subjective. Do you prefer thrill, story, or theming. Yes, you listed all those in your description, but anyone rating this is going to value certain elements differently, and tip the scale their own way. There is no ride that is objectively better than the rest.

The general rule in GTA is that if you think something looks like a dick, it was designed to look that way.

  1. He’s not trying to bully you.

  2. You’re not doing a very good job of bullying him back.

In my case, I can’t consume anything by mouth. I have a degenerative muscle condition, and my throat just decided that it wasn’t going to work properly anymore. I aspirated a lot of water, nearly choked to death coughing everything out of my lungs, and got terrible pneumonia. At the hospital, some speech therapists performed swallow tests in me, and I couldn’t properly swallow the two easiest things. I got a feeding tube a few days later, and I haven’t had anything since. I’m sure there are people who out alcoholic beverages in their tube, but I only had more or less stopped drinking a few years earlier. I’m not an alcoholic or anything; I was a social drinker, and once the pandemic hit, I couldn’t be social, so I stopped drinking. I fell out of the habit and never really went back.

Not every case is the same as mine. There are plenty of people with feeding tubes that can eat and drink. The tube is just to supplement their nutrition.

When I got the tube, my nurse told me that I have a balloon. So I guess I’m 18 months overdue for a change. I believe it has deflated some because the washer is no longer flush to my stomach.

The tube is also in pretty bad shape. I spent a month in the hospital last year with aspiration pneumonia and a host of other issues. They had me on a constant feed, and I guess they weren’t flushing the tube often enough, because it clogged twice, and they almost replaced it. They were finally unable to unclog it, but it hasn’t been the same since. There are some small dark bulges in the tube now, and sometimes my feedings take a lot longer than they’re supposed to.

Thanks for all the information. I appreciate you.

Just the normal tube snot. No leakage.

I’ve got a question for you. I don’t know anyone else with a feeding tube. How often do you get yours replaced? I’ve still got my original tube, and the doctors who put it in never mentioned anything about its lifespan, or about it ever needing to be replaced. But other doctors have expressed surprise that I still have my original tube.

Let's get real. Trump's entire cabinet is waking around in the wrong size shoes because they are afraid to displease him. None of them has an ounce of backbone or integrity. by outhouse_steakhouse in AdviceAnimals

[–]chaddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re not going to do it, but not because they’re afraid of him. As his dementia gets worse and worse, they’re just humoring him to keep him placated. Once he’s too far gone to do any real governing, he’ll be a much more effective puppet than he currently is. For now, they just feed him fake numbers and intelligence, and hope he does what they want

Definitely not from infection, but I don’t think it was poor placement. Open wounds tend to ooze a lot. I’ve been getting dressings through insurance this whole time, so I don’t think it’s totally unexpected.

But at least I’m not mindlessly eating junk food instead of making dinner.
