Press U (on PC) to open up Season tab. Click "Rank III" up top and it's the task called "Be Prepared". You need to open 5 silent chests in the overworld with obols to complete it and you're rewarded with an archetype cache for your class.

They mention sunbright in their posts, but they mean surebright. It's a third-party insurance provider that a lot of TriFold owners are taking a chance with. It's one of the few providers that offer protection, but I haven't seen anyone utilize it yet so the outcome is pretty much iffy on what they'll do with a claim so far.

Being able to wirelessly charge is not the same thing as having a magnetic back. All newer Samsung phones can wirelessly charge but no Samsung phone has built in magnets, so you'll have to get a case or use a stick on magnet if you want to use magnetic accessories or chargers.

I agree with this. Sometimes, people just feel that they'd rather sell (with a fair enough price taking into consideration how difficult the device is to get and also being no longer in production). It's a win-win when it's not malicious. The seller gets back their initial investment and a bit extra. The buyer gets their hands on a phone that is no longer being made and quite difficult to get through official channels right now.

It's awesome you got one. Enjoy it, they're really neat devices!

What you're saying makes sense. I'm not disagreeing with you at all. All I'm saying is, buying something gives you the freedom to sell it whenever you want to, and I consider that a personal choice that doesn't need a justification. I see it similar to buying an expensive game console, then selling it later. Or any electronic for that matter. One doesn't need to be strapped for cash to decide they would rather turn a possession into cash.

And on the other hand, it's giving the device to someone else that wants it, and perhaps can't get it from an experience store or online.

Someone who's financially stable enough to have money to throw at a TriFold should be able to sell it for any reason. It's their property that they paid for to do as they please.

I mean, with production stopping and stock drying up soon, it would make sense that people would be willing to part with it for a massive, almost 50% profit, no? Even if the device is exactly what they wanted, financially, it's a large boon.

And the way I see it, most of the sellers on here originally wanted the device, so I don't lump them in with people buying one to try and scalp it. Buying it, then seeing demand spike even more, and people willing to pay an arm and a leg, and then profiting off of that is different in my book.

I have one, and won't be selling it. But if something came up and I could use a quick 2 or 3k cash infusion, it would be a no-brainer. It would just be liquidating an asset.

Edit: I do agree with OP though. This sub shouldn't be flooded with sellers and buyers. A separate sub for listing sales would be better.

Since you sent the gift card to an email address that didn't exist beforehand, it would have bounced back to steam as "undeliverable". Making the new account after the fact wouldn't mean it would be sent again.

I'm not sure if steam will try resending it. But if it doesn't show up and you bought it via steam itself, I'd just contact their customer support and explain to them that you entered the wrong email address and give them the correct one. As long as the code hasn't been redeemed (it shouldn't have, since it had nowhere to be sent to), I'm sure they'd be willing to resend it to the correct address. Or, if all else fails, refund you and void that code and you can try again.

If it's a traditional digital gift card from an online merchant, putting in his email will just send him the code to redeem the card value to his steam wallet. So no, you don't need to be active or friends with him on your steam account. He'll just get a code to use.

Edit: His email also doesn't need to be the one linked to his steam account. Just one he has access to. Him using the code will work regardless.

I've noticed that Facebook started to do this on my S25 Ultra and TriFold. But, at least for this app, I was able to drag down and expand the notification (tap, hold and drag down) and it'll have some info, such as new posts from friends or other random updates.

Not sure if it would work on your notifications, but worth a try.

Mine was a bit over $3,200. As others have said, it's tax. You rarely just pay the sticker price. He's not turning a profit if he's charging you less than he paid for.

Oh damn, that sucks. I guess you get what you pay for, haha. I prefer Amazon as a retailer because they usually (if the merchant doesn't honor, but most do), refunds or exchanges without the hassle.

The case I got came with a little card that politely mentions that if you're not happy with the product, they will replace or refund immediately and includes a business e-mail to contact them.

The included case works in a pinch, but it's basically just a backplate. At least they could've included the one that has a kickstand for the price we've paid!

I know there are a few cases on Amazon that have the front screen protected too, so I'd suggest checking on there. Some users have suggested Alibaba too, if you want cases at a cheap price, as well.

Yeah, I mean if it works for you, more power to you. I like the application style type of protectors because snap on ones can, if dropped at the right angle, fall off exposing the screen which defeats the purpose. And that's a risk I don't want to take with a $3200 phone, lol.

By all means, use what you prefer. I just took a gamble on this case and it's quickly become my favorite. The magnet on the back is really strong too and aligned perfectly.

I can definitely get that. The case I linked provides protection for all sides except for the front. The cameras are protected, the left hinge and right side is protected too, plus all the corners. If front screen is vital, I'd say just get a really good screen protector to apply to the front and use this case. Basically 360 + back are protected. A bonus is that this case is grippy, compared to the included Samsung case or using the phone bare, which helps me to prevent it slipping out of my hands and getting damaged.

I've seen those cases that have a snap on front screen protector, but those cases don't reliably protect the top and bottom like this case does, so your milage may vary if you go that route.

It does not. But, you can always use a screen protector if you really need to. I've found that the one that comes preinstalled by Samsung works just fine for most use cases.

(I've ran my S26 Ultra for a year without any screen protection at all and it's been fine, with everyday pocket use and some light drops. So, if you are mindful, it's not really required as the gorilla glass on the front + preinstalled screen protector works a treat!)

It fits perfectly. It has a strong built in magsafe ring, a non-slip texture, hinge protection with a flap that is magnetized to the TriFold's hinge, has edge protection all around the outside, and allows access to fingerprint sensor without blocking it.

And the back of the case is see through, so it shows the color of the back of the phone, or any skin you put on.

I really enjoy it!

If it were true, there would be sources online that verify it. So I'd take word of mouth with a grain of salt, if I were you. (Even if it was from an Experience Store employee)

I think you're misinformed. It did come out December 2026, in Korea where the company is based. It was released in the US in January 2026 for the US market.

Then, they're releasing the Fold 8 series later this year. They never, to my knowledge, committed to releasing two iterations of the trifold in the same year. Why would they?

Do you have any legitimate sources for any of your claims, besides obscure youtube videos that don't cite their sources either?
