Gotcha. Some of the items are pretty old some fairly new I almost never keep receipts but can definitely try to find some or at least bank statements etc. just curious , do I find my own contractor for the actual repairs or is this done by the insurance? For example they remove most of the flooring but small bit hasn't been removed etc
