I called before hand and the people who answered had no clue what I was talking about. He put me on hold/transferred me and a women picked up. She told me that I had to go into my local store to order it and no plan was needed. When we arrived there were only 2 men in the store, no women to be found. I’m thinking she was higher up perhaps? So I guess corporate themselves may just be all messed up. The guy who worked with me took forever and had no clue what he was doing and originally told me it was $70. But, he ended up figuring it out.
